What’s been happening:

Since running the roads and trails of the State College area as a college student, I have run loops around the Charles River in Boston and now enjoy the beautiful scenery that line the roads and trails of Vermont. I recently adopted a new training partner, a 2 yr. old Shepherd mix named Sydney; he makes the runs enjoyable and he sure keeps the pace.
